Delete your account

How to delete your KelseyJFit account and the data that goes with it. This applies to the KelseyJFit app on the App Store and on Google Play.

In the app

1. Open KelseyJFit and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account. Without an active subscription, tap Delete account on the subscription screen instead.
3. Type DELETE and tap Permanently delete account.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@kelseyjfit.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account will permanently delete your KelseyJFit account and associated data, including your workout history, progress photos, weight and body measurements. This action cannot be undone.

That covers your profile and account data, workout history and logs, progress photos, weight and body measurements, program selection and push notification tokens. We also ask our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to delete your customer record.

What we keep

Internal account identifiers (no email or name) in our deletion record and subscription-event history, and authentication security logs (sign-up, sign-in and deletion events, which include your email address and IP address) for up to 90 days, for security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Copies may also remain in our providers' backups and logs until they expire under those providers' normal retention cycles. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your KelseyJFit account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must manage or cancel it separately through Apple to prevent future charges.

The same applies to Google Play: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions.
